Internet is overloaded with 'possible plots' for Star Wars VII. I decided to collect the most interesting rumors, and create the most plausible storyline possible. Altough the storyline makes much sense to me, it is still a rumor and the true storyline could still be completely different. However, the trailer is pretty much explained by this plot:

The movie opens with a scene of Luke Skywalker. The Jedi master has put
himself in a self-imposed exile. His powers are so strong; that he thinks it
can only be a threat to himself and the universe. His exile leads him to the
tombs of an ancient Sith Lord. To keep the balance, Luke has to make sure that
this ancient Sith will not rise from death. During his exile, Luke is tempted
many times by the dark spirits. For several years, Luke watched over the tomb.
The dark spirits made him mentally weak, although he is still physically
strong. The rising forces can be felt throughout the universe.
While Luke is struggling with his mind, his dear friends Han Solo and
Leia are busier than ever. Together, they are the parents of two kids: Ren (male) and
Rea (female). Leia still plays an important role in the Rebellion, which is officially
no rebellion any more. After the defeat of the sith, the empire became less
powerful and less controlling. However, the rebellion never defeated the empire
completely. Therefore, Several groups now fight each other to control the
universe. Leia is one of the leaders of the ‘good side’, called ‘The Alliance’
while several minor groups forged together in a rebuild of the ‘empire’. This
empire tries to gain power by ‘terrorist like’ attacks. Finn, a good friend of
Rea, knows all about these attacks. His family was murdered in such an attack.
His hate for the empire brought him to the alliance, where he met Rea and
another friend called Poe. This last one, is a pilot of the Alliance, who shows
much resemblance with Han Solo, because he acts a lot like him.
The new three good guys will be: Rea, Poe and Finn. But what about Rea’s
brother? Ren, has a fascination for history. This fascination gets a dark
twist, when he finds out that his grandpa was Darth Vader. While Ren is a pilot of the Alliance in the beginning, the movie shows a transition in his
character. His fascination leads to a search for Jedi and sith artifacts. He starts
a search for the mask of his grandfather, but also the search for an ancient
lightsaber (this is the lightsaber showed in the trailer. Therefore the
lightsaber looks different). Books and
ancient places make Ren slowly transform in his dark alter-ego ‘Kylo Ren’.
Minor artifacts are not good enough for Ren anymore. His search for ultimate
history and power brings him to the place that his uncle (Luke) protects: the
tomb of an old ancient sith (rumored to be the wise Darth Plagues).
Ren is not the only one looking for Luke. When Rae finds a lightsaber
containing important information for the Alliance, Han decides to bring the new
trio (Rae, Finn and Poe) to their exiled uncle. However, they have no idea that their evil
brother/son Ren uses their tracks to find Luke too. An epic battle takes place
between Ren and his uncle Luke. Han is shocked by his son’s transformation.
However, he does not want Luke to kill his son. In order to save his son from
dying, he asks Luke to kill him, in the hope that his son will not just be
spared, but also change his mind by seeing his father die.
The Force Awakens ends with opening the ancient tomb that represents the
title of the episode: the force awakens. The force literally wakes up from the
tomb. The next two episodes will answer the following questions:

Why are there still storm troopers and why
is there an African American in a storm trooper suit?
As stated before, the empire still exists, but in a minor form. After
many years, clones are not used anymore. Therefore, alien races and even humans
replaced the clones in the army. Therefore, it is also possible to have African
Americans or any other race in a storm trooper suit.
Will ‘Darth vader’ return?
No, only his mask will return as a Sith artifact.
Is Luke a bad guy?
No, his mind is damaged by dark spirits and his exile, but he still a
good jedi.
Does Luke has a wife and kids?
Little is known about this. It is rumored that Luke has a kid, however
a Wife is not spoken of.
Will R2D2 and C3PO return?
Yes they will return.
